Our cabin is in a quiet setting, only 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge★You will enjoy 1.7 acres of flat yard in a private area and just minutes to restaurants, all entertainment sites, and the entrance of the Smoky Mountain National Park ★Fast WiFi★ No steep roads ★You could play volleyball, baseball or soccer ★ Sleeps 10 guests in total.

– We have 3 bedrooms: 2 king size beds, and 2 sets of bunk beds: a queen over queen, and a twin over twin.

★ HOUSE RULES
– A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed before arrival.
– No early check-ins or late check-outs (contact the host for any special requests)
– All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children traveling with parents
– Please respect the total capacity. It’s 10 guests including all adults and children/babies/infants.
– Although we love pets, we do not allow them at this time. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500 fee, and will be asked to leave the cabin
– No parties
– No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. No drugs.
– Leaving behind too many trash bags (more than the bags provided) will result in an additional $40 fee. This is because our cleaners will have to make multiple trips to the waste disposal site.

★ AMENITIES
A start-up packet of supplies is provided including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablet, travel shampoo & body wash (2 sets in total), kitchen can liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. You will need to bring/purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

– Our water is filtered. It’s up to you if you want to bring bottled water

★ GRILL
– There is a charcoal grill in the backyard, just off the deck (charcoal is not provided)
– We have a nice fire pit area for s’mores and cozy times!

★ HOT TUB
Private hot tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized before each stay. No food or drinks while you are in the hot tub.

★ Cancellation Policy:
Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival, for any reason.
